Delivery Method
Once your order is placed, it will need to be validated by our order management service. This will take less than 48 hours. After this step is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order with a tracking number attached.
You can visit our order tracking page to find out which shipping service will handle your order and to check the status of your order on the « order tracking page. »
Please note that the carriers who deliver your orders are external to the company; we have no control over their delivery times or the quality of their work.
Return Policy
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 10 days to report a defect or 14 days to request a return or exchange for a new item. Certain conditions must be met to allow for a legitimate return, exchange, or refund.
If you receive a damaged package or damaged goods, you have the right to cancel your order by requesting an exchange for a similar or different item, or by requesting a refund by completing the form in our General Terms and Conditions in Annex 2. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow for resale as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice to obtain a refund for your order. A delivery returned to our services by the carrier due to absence at the home or non-collection at the pick-up point will result in the return of a new item or a refund of your order, according to your choice. For all these conditions, we ask you to send us images and a text explaining your problem to contact-spain@ocb-llp.com.
If one or more of these conditions are met, we will verify the compliance of your request and apply the refund procedure to your order.
The refund will be made using your original payment method. The processing time may take 7 to 14 days and will be visible in your bank account.
