DELIVERY & ORDER:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and shipping (free of charge) require our team 10 to 18 business days. We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise. The main reasons for this waiting period are streamlined production and health restrictions.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track the progress of your order by going directly to the « Track My Order » page located at the bottom of the page.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order, and all our deliveries are free (excluding overseas territories).

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive soon.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

Is there a problem with the postal service? Lost, broken, or destroyed package?

With our secure delivery, our team handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the blame to the carrier and leave you in the lurch. We take full responsibility by immediately reshipping a new package at our expense.

OVERSEAS USA

Deliveries to Overseas USA generally take longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) to remain financially accessible. An additional delivery cost will be requested for the following countries:

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not « being processed. »

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being prepared, cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM

We can only accept a return in the case of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo very strict quality control before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact-france@ocb-llp.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

MY CLOTHING IS TOO SMALL

All our textiles come with a size guide to help our customers avoid this inconvenience. Our team has carefully measured each item and added the corresponding comments in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for items that are too small/large. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can cause great frustration.

Your bank details or credit card information will not be communicated to us in any case. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept checks at this time.

ARE MY INFORMATION SECURE?

The « HTTPS » present in the URLs of our store demonstrates the quality of our services. HTTPS is the secure variant of « http » through the use of SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect financial transactions on e-commerce sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that using SSL is essential nowadays. It’s the best way to protect your data and protect yourself against hackers or identity theft.

Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the web browser’s URL bar. It is also represented by an « s » which means « secure » and is added to the « http » protocol in the website’s address bar.

CAN I COMBINE MY DISCOUNT CODES?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

I RECEIVED AN IMPORT TAX

Our site ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country’s import taxes, and we decline any responsibility.
